In-Person Training

Personal training sessions are the most fundamental service any trainer offers. The most common use for this type of session is as part of a weekly exercise regimen.

*Remember* – We want you to be happy with your training, and we strongly believe that you should have the opportunity to meet and evaluate a potential trainer. To make sure that you and Jo Ann are a good fit, the first session is always free!
Jo Ann will put you through a workout adjusted to your specific goals, fitness level, and situation.

This time is also used for sport-specific training such as instruction on specialized or heavy lifts.


Package pricing is available
 and packages may include special features such as benchmark testing and more in-depth consultations.

Pay-as-you-go pricing is always available, but packages provide two distinct benefits:

  1. Cost – a package is ‘buying in bulk’ and is less expensive on a per-session basis. (Not to mention less hassle of dealing with payments.)
  2. Planning – packages and rough “sessions per week” discussions allow Jo to structure your sessions for better progression.
